Good flavor, abysmal value I finally had the chance to try this food truck today for the first time and am overall disappointed. I ordered online just a regular cheesesteak, nothing fancy or extra. My disappointment began when I was handed the bag and realized how light it felt. It almost felt like the box was empty. I was even more disappointed once I saw how little of a sandwich it was (roughly 6in long) and how little cheesesteak they actually put in the bun compared to the ones they advertise in the pictures. All of that would be forgivable and would have given more stars if they charged 4-6 bucks for it or at least make it a bigger sandwich with more filling. But 10 bucks for this small thing is absolutely diabolical. 10 bucks for something that could easily be considered a snack. There's a Whataburger that sits directly behind them and I guarantee I can get more food from them for that same price. The sandwich was good and very flavorful, but definitely not 10 bucks good. Not for that size at least. In conclusion, if you wanna blow a hole in your wallet for decent food with small portions, then this is the place to do it. Not sure why I haven't tried this before! The food is amazing!!! Well worth the price! Was more than enough to feed my little family of 4 and still had food left :)

Terribly disappointed in this first time visit. At Philly places i usually order a lettuce tomato add mayo type of roll which they do offer that on the menu but the NYC chopped og caught my eye based on the picture. THE PICTURE! I ordered it with an added side of tonys sauce. I start to drive off but checked my bag ... no sauce so I had to circle back. he told me they were out of Tonys sauce because it's the most popular. See that's the thing about ordering online. sometimes these places don't tell you they're out of stuff ...they don't offer you a substitute when you come to pick it up. So I get all the way home only then to realize DANG it the main feature of this particular sandwich is the Tony sauce. Tell me WHY would they sell me this? why would they pack this order up give it to me out the window, allow me to walk off without telling me hey sorry we weren't able to give you what you ordered. Would you like us to make something different? I've had other places when I order online call me and say hey we're out of what you ordered or maybe even ask for clarification or suggest a different item but not this place. Very disappointed so the sandwich was just a waste of mone

I placed an order using Uber Eats. Spent $70 on 2 cheesesteak sandwiches, mozzarella sticks and 2 cheesesteak eggrolls. Service: great! Food was delivered hot and fast Pricing: too much and not worth the cost Taste: disappointing. Shrimp was a nice addition to my sub but the sandwich was dry. I added mayonnaise, seasoning and cheese myself I will not order again. Over priced and under seasoned

I REALLY wanted to love this place especially since it’s close to work for lunch. For 1 the prices are stupid. I could totally get on board if the quality was there, but it’s not. I ordered the large original Philly, take a look at the pictures from my review. One of the halves of the sandwich is missing half the meat. Very minimal seasoning pretty bland for a cheesesteak and I feel like that’s hard to do. Onion rings were from a frozen bag and tasted like it Ranch that I was up charged for was premade and tasted yuck. I just feel like this is way overpriced for the quality and taste as I’ve had much better cheesesteaks for a lot less money so I will be ordering from next time. Also, they take your number to text you when your order is ready but double check that they have the phone number right? I sat there for 25 minutes very close proximity to the window and never received a text and the worker never bothered to wave or anything that my food was done when I hadn’t picked my order up, she read my number back incorrectly so now my food is half cold and onion rings soggy .
